Inspired by the 1949 Jacques Tati French comedy 'Jour de Fête', Laurent Durieux’s retro-futuristic portrait of François the postman was his very first movie related illustration and is what brought his work some attention.
It's the first in a series and is a 24" x 36" giclée print, in a timed release edition that runs for 72 hours, starting from Friday March 13 at 7pm (UK+1), and costs €60 / $65.
