#CoolArt: Modern Eden Gallery presents 'The Portrait Show IX' Group Art Exhibition

Modern Eden Gallery presents 'The Portrait Show IX', a group art exhibition featuring new artworks from 84 exhibiting artists, including over 40 new artists to Modern Eden who will be exhibiting with them for the first time.
 
The opening reception is Saturday June 12 from 4-8pm PT at Modern Eden Gallery, 1100 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94109, open to the public for viewing the art safely with social distancing and masks required, and on view at the Modern Eden website.

The exhibition will be on display until July 3 2021.

#CoolArt: Modern Eden Gallery presents 'The Portrait Show VIII: Profiles' Group Art Exhibition

Modern Eden Gallery presents 'The Portrait Show VIII: Profiles', their 8th annual group art exhibition featuring new artwork from 20 artists with a particular theme that plays on the history and pageantry of the painted portrait.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the exhibition will be available on view at the gallery through appointment only and on the Modern Eden website.

The art show will be on display until August 1 2020.

#CoolArt: Modern Eden Gallery presents 'Flower Child' Group Art Exhibition

Modern Eden Gallery presents 'Flower Child', a group art exhibition celebrating the 50 year anniversary of San Francisco’s infamous Summer of Love. The entire city of San Francisco will also be celebrating this landmark year with special programs, press coverage, local attention, and events throughout the summer.

The opening reception is Saturday August 12 from 6-9pm at Modern Eden Gallery, 801 Greenwich St, San Francisco, CA 94133, and will be on view until September 2.

#CoolArt: Haven Gallery presents 'Mission Blue' Group Art Exhibition

Haven Gallery presents 'Mission Blue', a group art exhibition of paintings and drawings curated by Christina Ridgeway in support of Sylvia Earle Alliance’s Mission Blue organization.

Mission Blue is dedicated to raising awareness and garnering public support towards our planet’s oceans through means of education and the creation of 'Hope Spots'. 'Hope Spots' are areas in the ocean that become protected by the organization to help the ocean alleviate the negative impacts of humanity on the indigenous species and ecological systems of all residing aquatic life.

In addition to sharing the organization’s objective visually through art, the exhibition will also be contributing towards the creation of a Hope Spot by donating a percentage of all art sales to the organization.

Exhibiting artists include: Lioba Brückner, Erich J Moffitt, Jel Ena, Sarah Joncas, Hannah Yata, Erica Calardo, Tom Bagshaw, Jana Brike, Melissa Hartley, Adam Oehlers, Christina Ridgeway, Annie Stegg Gerard, Brianna Angelakis, Nom Kinnear King, Tammy Wampler, Ania Tomicka, June Leeloo, Amy Katherine Minchew, Helice Wen, Jasmine Becket-Griffith, Josie Morway and Lea Barozzi.

The opening reception is Saturday October 29 from 6-8pm at the Haven Gallery, 155 Main Street, Carriage House Square, Northport, NY 11768, and will be on display until November 27.
