'Fauna' is a Bushfire Relief Fundraiser curated by
Lisa King and supported by
Thinkspace Projects, with 100% of all proceeds going to the
Wildlife support / organization WIRES.
Throughout the recent devastating Global Catastrophe of the Australian
Bush Fires it has been estimated that 1.25 billion native animals have
perished. It's been estimated that as many as 8,400 koalas have been
lost in the fires in NSW alone, and these numbers continue to rise.
WIRES Wildlife Rescue is the largest wildlife rescue &
rehabilitation charity in Australia. It is a non-profit organization
providing rescue and rehabilitation for all native Australian fauna.
All artworks will be available Saturday February 8 at 12pm PT from the
Thinkspace Projects website.
'Imperator' oil study by
Jeremy Geddes will be going up for auction on the
Thinkspace Projects Instagram account. It will be live for 24 hours ending at 12pm PT on Sunday February 9 with the highest bid in the comments section winning the work. 100% of the proceeds from this special auction will also be donated to WIRES.
