Modern Eden Gallery presents 'The Portrait Show VIII: Profiles', their 8th annual group art exhibition featuring new artwork from 20 artists with a particular theme that plays on the history and pageantry of the painted portrait.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the exhibition will be available on view at the gallery through appointment only and on the Modern Eden website.

The art show will be on display until August 1 2020.

Each artist presents their unique style while adhering to the size parameters. Figures, landscapes and abstract forms dwell in each piece, inviting the viewer into the realm contained in each work.

Opening reception is from 6pm-10pm on Friday September 28 at Vertical Gallery, 1016 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60622, and is on view until Sunday September 30.
