'Wytches' #2 (Thoughtbubble Variant Cover) by Jeff Lemire, will be available exclusively at Table 45-47 at the Thoughtbubble Comic Con during November 15 - 16 for £5.

'Wytches' series writer Scott Snyder and variant cover artist Jeff Lemire will be also be signing at Tables 45-47 on Saturday November 15 from 1.30 - 2.30 pm.

Scott Snyder will sign with regular series artist Jock on Sunday, November 15 from 3 - 4 pm.

Coming Soon To Image Comics; 'Wytches' by Scott Snyder & Jock

"Scott Snyder (Batman, Superman Unchained, SEVERED) and Jock (Batman, Wolverine, SNAPSHOT) will team up for a new, ongoing horror series called WYTCHES. Everything you thought you knew about witches is wrong. They are much darker, and they are much more horrifying. 

WYTCHES takes the mythology of witches to a far creepier, bone-chilling place than readers have dared venture before. “I like taking classic monsters and reimagining them in a fresh, contemporary, and much scarier way,” said Snyder.
Snyder and Jock have worked together previously on the Batman story “The Black Mirror” in the pages of Detective Comics and Snyder knew from the get-go that he wanted Jock on board. 

“It’s great to finally have Scott Snyder back at Image,” said Image Comics Publisher Eric Stephenson. “We loved working with Scott on SEVERED, and he has only gotten better since then, so it’s really wonderful that he’s teaming up with Jock on what is without a doubt one of the creepiest books we have ever published.” 

WYTCHES is a new ongoing fantasy horror series coming to Image Comics in 2014.

Comic Book Art: 'American Vampire'

Continuing my look at my favourite comic books and their cover art, with American Vampire.

Created by Scott Snyder with artist Rafael Albuquerque, American Vampire launched from Vertigo as a creator-owned ongoing series in 2010, winning both the Eisner Award and Harvey Award in 2011 for Best New Series

There two spin-off mini-series, the first titled American Vampire: Survival of the Fittest, drawn by Sean Murphy and another titled American Vampire: Lord of Nightmares with Dustin Nguyen illustrating.

Comic Book Art: Swamp Thing (Vol 5)

Continuing my look at my favourite comic books and their cover art, with the long running DC Comics' series Swamp Thing.

This is the current Swamp Thing series that was relaunched again as part of DC Comics' 'The New 52' revamp in 2011, and is written by Scott Snyder with art by Yanick Paquette and Francesco Francavilla.
