Created by Scott Snyder with artist Rafael Albuquerque, American Vampire launched from Vertigo as a creator-owned ongoing series in 2010, winning both the Eisner Award and Harvey Award in 2011 for Best New Series
There two spin-off mini-series, the first titled American Vampire: Survival of the Fittest, drawn by Sean Murphy and another titled American Vampire: Lord of Nightmares with Dustin Nguyen illustrating.
