Artist Spotlight: The Art Of . . . Jeffrey 'Chamba' Cruz

I've previously showcased a few of my favourite pop culture and vintage pulp artists, and each weekend I showcase art from more of my favourite artists.

The art of Jeffrey 'Chamba' Cruz.

Cool Art: 'The Maxx: Maxximized' by Sam Kieth

Cover art for 'The Maxx: Maxximized', from IDW Publishing, by Sam Kieth.

This is a re-mastered edition of Sam Kieth's legendary '90s series, of a homeless man's adventures as a dream-warrior and his Jungle Queen in the surreal Outback.

'The Maxx' was originally published by Image Comics and lasted for 35 issues, which also led to a cult-favourite MTV animated series.
