Kickstarter: 'Frozen Skies' - A Savage Worlds Dieselpunk RPG

Utherwald Press is planning 'Frozen Skies' as a dieselpunk setting for the Savage Worlds table top RPG game system. This Kickstarter will help get the book looking that bit more polished by Savage Mojo. They will provide layout, cover design and the other little touches that will make 'Frozen Skies' shine.
They currently plan to release 'Frozen Skies' both as a PDF and a full size soft cover book. The £3,000 (approx $4,750 USD) that is being asked for will cover the costs of the artwork, editing, layout, etc. The PDF version will be released first with the hard copy following shortly after via Print-On-Demand.
'Frozen Skies' is a complete game setting custom built for the award-winning Savage Worlds rule-set published by Pinnacle Entertainment Group. You will need the Savage Worlds Deluxe or Explorer's core books to play the game. If you are not familiar with the Savage Worlds RPG, try out the FREE test drive rules here.
Set in the mysterious, frozen lands of Alyeska, the book will be an in-depth and informative guide to its history, geography, myths and legends. It also introduces characters who have made names for themselves in Alyeska including those living on both sides of the law, the pioneering ice pilots without whom the land would be virtually uninhabitable, and the various factions who strive to bring civilisation to this inhospitable world.
If you're wondering, the term Dieselpunk, is an art style, similar to the pseudo-Victorian Steampunk genre, based on the aesthetics popular between 1914 and 1945. The style combines the artistic and genre influences of the period (including pulp magazines, serial films, film noir, art deco, and wartime pin-ups) with postmodern technology and sensibilities. Think of 'The Rocketeer', 'The Legend of Korra', 'Crimson Skies', 'Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow', 'Dark City' and the 'BioShock' video game series and you'd be spot on.
