Cool Art: New Concept Art From 'Dragon Age: Inquisition' by Matt Rhodes

Matt Rhodes has revealed two new concept art images for Bioware's upcoming 'Dragon Age: Inquisition'. And whilst they don't really give too much away about the game, they do give you a look at the stunning scenery of the world of 'Dragon Age'!
"The ultimate hope for a concept artist is for the final in-game art to surpass its concept art. That has definitely the case with this image. Come Inquisition’s release, I think everyone will agree that the in-game version makes this image look restrained and quaint." - Matt Rhodes

The Art Of Barsoom: Francesco Francavilla & Matt Rhodes

Continuing my look at the various artists inspired by Edgar Rice Burroughs' Barsoom / John Carter series.

This time, it's a look at the art of Francesco Francavilla and Matt Rhodes. I really love the retro look to the artwork of Francavilla, something a bit different from the usual painted cover artwork you see today. And I like the detailed concept/comic book art look from Matt Rhodes too!
