Modern Eden Gallery presents 'Halcyon Days', a group art exhibition curated by Beautiful Bizarre Magazine, featuring over 80 international artists invited to create an original work focusing on the positive remembrance of the past and creative hope for the future.

The opening reception is Saturday November 5 from 6-9pm PT, and will be on display until December 3 2022 at Modern Eden Gallery, 1100 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94109, open to the public for viewing the art safely with Covid precautions, and on view at the Modern Eden website.

#CoolArt: Infected By Art 6 Award Winners

Winners of the 'Infected By Art 6' Grand Prizes and Certificates of Merit have been announced.

The artwork, selected by a Jury Panel of Vanessa Lemen, Rob Rey, Danijela Krha Purssey and Colin & Kristine Poole, represents some of the best works of imaginative realism being created today by artists who have been in the business for many years as well as many up-and-coming artists.

The Gold, Silver and Bronze Award Winners in each of the categories - Oil / Acrylic / Watercolour, Digital / Photoshop, Pen / Ink / Pencil, Sculpture - plus the Grand Prize and Body of Work winners are below.

Krab Jab Studio presents ‘The Three Impostors’, a group art exhibition featuring the art of Bastien Lecouffe Deharme, Marcela Bolivar, and Samuel Araya, that traverses the dark and sensual underbelly of the psyche.

"Loosely based on the novel of the same name, the art is dark. It’s not meant for those who do not seek to understand the mysteries of our pagan past. The images are riddled with symbolism, and the female figure is our guide into the abyss of dreams. She is solemn, sometimes melancholy, and even rife with arrows she is never our victim, she isn’t ever ours to contain, to keep. The three artists make this very clear, and the message is well received."

The exhibition is on display until November 7 2015 at Krab Jab Studio, 5628 Airport Way S, Ste 150 Seattle, WA 98108.
