#CoolArt: Print Club London presents 'Blisters: The Paperback Edition'

Print Club London presents 'Blisters: The Paperback Edition', a book themed extravaganza to coincide with the launch of their first book 'Screen Printing: The Ultimate Studio Guide - From Sketchbook to Squeegee' published with Thames and Hudson.

The show features screen prints by 50 established and emerging illustrators, designers and street artists, inspired by some of the worlds most iconic books, including; Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland, American Psycho and The Karma Sutra.

All limited edition screen prints are signed and numbered by the artists and will be sold at £50 each.

The exhibition opens Friday October 27 from 6-10pm at MC Motors Venue, 28 Miller's Avenue, London E8 2DS, go here to RSVP.

#CoolArt: Print Club London presents 'Film4 Summer Screen' Art Exhibition at Somerset House

Back for a fifth year, the Film4 Summer Screen at Somerset House season has commissioned Print Club London to curate a series of contemporary screen printed film posters.

Print Club London has hand-picked an assortment of styles and artists, featuring artwork by Aleesha NandhraCassandra YapConcepción StudiosElliot KruszynskiEve Lloyd KnightGavin DobsonJoe WilsonJoseph VassLouis CarpenterLucille ClercPeter StrainPoppy ChencellorRYCARose Electra HarrisRose StallardRozalina BurkovaSteve Wilson and Thomas Whitcombe. Each exhibiting artist will reimagine a poster for one of the films in this season’s programme, taking particular scenes, quotes, or characters from their selected titles as inspiration.
Each film poster will be a limited edition and exclusively available to buy for £60 from the exhibition at Somerset House and from Print Club London afterwards.

Opening reception is Wednesday August 2 from 6-9pm at The West Wing Galleries, Somerset House, and the exhibition will be open daily until late throughout the Film4 Summer Screen at Somerset House season, which runs from August 10 until August 23.

Cool Art: Print Club London presents 'Wild Botanicus' by Lucille Clerc

Print Club London presents 'Wild Botanicus', a solo art exhibition by Lucille Clerc.

An exploration of London’s last surviving green oasis, a search for the hidden gems and secret gardens preserved in the recesses of the concrete city. There you can still find wildness, spirits, lucky charms and magical remedies.

The opening reception is Thursday October 15 from 6-9pm at Print Club London, 10-28 Miller's Avenue, London, E8 2DS, go here to RSVP. They will have plenty of goodie bags and treats for everyone and the first 20 people to arrive will get the chance to print their very own tote bags with the artist herself.

Prints will be available on the Print Club London website from October 16, and the exhibition is on display until November 6.

Each exhibiting artist will reimagine a poster for one of the films in this season’s programme, taking particular scenes, quotes, or characters from their selected titles as inspiration.

Each film poster will be a limited edition and exclusively available to buy for £50 from the exhibition at Somerset House.

Opening reception is Wednesday July 29 from 6-9.30pm at Somerset House, and the exhibition will be open daily until late throughout the Film4 Summer Screen at Somerset House season, which runs from July 29 until August 23.
