Winners Of The 2023 Chesley Awards Announced

The winners of the 2023 Chesley Awards, for works and achievements in the period from January 1 to December 31 2023, have been announced.

The Chesley Awards, named after astronomical artist Chesley Bonestell, were established by the Association of Science Fiction and Fantasy Artists (ASFA) in 1985 as a means for the Science Fiction and Fantasy art community to recognize individual works and achievements in a given year.

The winners of the 2018 Chesley Awards were announced at a special presentation during the 76th World Science Fiction Convention in San Jose, California, on August 16-20 2018.

The Chesley Awards were established by the Association of Science Fiction and Fantasy Artists (ASFA) to recognize individual artistic works and achievements in the field of science fiction and fantasy. Nominated and decided upon by the members of the Association of Science Fiction and Fantasy Artists, the Chesley Awards have long been internationally acclaimed as the most prestigious awards in the field of fantastic arts.
