New 'Star Wars Rebels' Propaganda Posters

For those looking forward to the new 'Star Wars' universe Disney and Lucasfilm seem to be setting up with 'Episode VII' and the 'Star Wars Rebels' animated series, they have now teased us with a new set of propaganda style posters for the new animated series.

With this new animated series being set between the Prequel and Original trilogies, it definitely looks like they are using the classic designs from the Original trilogy, going by these posters.

Propaganda Poster From 'Star Wars Rebels' Animated Series

This is the first poster of the Disney era of 'Star Wars' and it's a propaganda piece for the new upcoming animated series 'Star Wars Rebels', as revealed by Entertainment Weekly.

Star Wars Rebels continues the epic tradition of the legendary Star Wars saga with all-new exciting, action-packed adventures. It is a dark time in the galaxy, as the evil Galactic Empire tightens its grip of power from world to world. As the series begins, Imperial forces have occupied a remote planet, ruling with an iron fist and ruining the lives of its people. But there are a select few who are brave enough to stand up against the endless Stormtroopers and TIE fighters of the Empire: the clever and motley crew of the starship Ghost. Together, this ragtag group will face threatening new villains, have thrilling adventures, and become heroes.

Not much else is known about this new series, other than it's set in between the prequels and the original trilogy, and will premiere Autumn 2014 with a one-hour special on the Disney Channel, followed by the series on Disney XD. And expect big news from the Star Wars Rebels panel tomorrow afternoon at this weekend's New York Comic Con.

New Propaganda Posters For 'Ender's Game'

A trio of propaganda posters for the upcoming adaptation of 'Ender’s Game' have been released. I've not read the book, but I have listened to the unabridged audiobook and I'm fairly looking forward to this.

In the near future, a hostile alien race called the Formics have attacked Earth. If not for the legendary heroics of International Fleet Commander Mazer Rackham (Ben Kingsley), all would have been lost. In preparation for the next attack, the highly esteemed Colonel Hyrum Graff (Harrison Ford) and the International Military are training only the best young minds to find the future Mazer. 

Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield), a shy but strategically brilliant boy, is recruited to join the elite. Arriving at Battle School, Ender quickly and easily masters increasingly difficult challenges and simulations, distinguishing himself and winning respect amongst his peers. Ender is soon ordained by Graff as the military’s next great hope, resulting in his promotion to Command School. Once there, he’s trained by Mazer Rackham himself to lead his fellow soldiers into an epic battle that will determine the future of Earth and save the human race.

'Ender's Game' is out in cinemas October 25 (UK) and November 1 (US).

'Bioshock Infinite' Propaganda Posters

I'm currently playing through 'Bioshock Infinite' and despite not being a fan of FPS games, I'm fairly enjoying it so far! I'm also enjoying the art of the vintage propaganda posters throughout the game.
