This is a 16" x 20" hand numbered giclée print on Cold Press Paper. It's in a limited edition of 25 and costs $50. It's also exclusively for the 'Picture's Worth A Thousand Words', group art show from Ltd. Art Gallery which is on display until December 7 at the Ltd. Art Gallery in Seattle.

This was designed for issue 104 of Dutch film magazine, Schokkend Nieuws, and was part of the Redux feature where each issue one designer creates an artwork for a movie.

Cool Art: 'Carrie' by Jessica Deahl

This 'Carrie' inspired print is Odd City Entertainment’s first art release by Jessica Deahl, who also serves as their Chief Creative Director. 

“When Odd City asked me to take on 'Carrie', I couldn’t have been more excited. Now an iconic horror film more than thirty years old, the themes of fear, isolation, and estrangement are still relatable. I wanted to portray the story of Carrie White as a triumph. She overcomes the horrific and inhumane treatment of her peers and unjust religious control of her mother to win back her life. She was a prisoner in her own home, and her rage destroys it.” 

This is a 16" x 24" 6 ink print on French Butcher Off White paper, it's limited to 150 copies and costs $40. It'll be available online at the Odd City Entertainment store at an undisclosed time on Thursday September 19th. Follow them on Twitter @oddcitynews for the onsale announcement.

'Carrie' by Peter Strain, is part of an exhibition of limited edition hand screen printed film posters from 17 artists, including Joe Wilson, Michael Gillette, Holly Wales, Jess Wilson and more, to coincide with the Film4 Summer Screen Season at Somerset House with American Express®.

All the prints will be produced in limited runs of 200, signed by the artist and available to buy at £40 each. The exhibition will be open daily until late throughout the Film4 Summer Screen at Somerset House season.
