'Elements' is a new limited edition print series by
Tom Bagshaw.
The five portraits are based around the 5 Elements symbolized by the pentacle - 'Air', 'Water', 'Fire', 'Earth' and 'Spirit (or Aether)' along with a sixth painting, 'Sanctus Deus', which centres around the Alchemical ideologies which tie the elements together.
They're available as five 12" x 16” framed prints (approx 17.5" x 21.25” including frame) on heavy cotton rag stock, mounted on board, hand embellished with acrylic, varnished and framed and come with one of the limited edition Sanctus Deus prints as a complimentary gift. Each is titled, stamped and signed on the reverse. The 'Sanctus Deus' prints are numbered, signed and embossed. The back of the framed works is stamped with the 'Elements' series design, a spot of gold denoting its position in the pentacle. The frames are 3" wide, black umber and gilt with a scoop profile. They cost £550.
There is also a limited edition collectors box set. The box sets are in a limited edition of 25, and each contains a set of the 5 prints (including a margin for framing) on heavy cotton rag stock. Five of the 'Sanctus Deus' prints will be placed in 5 randomly selected boxsets. Each presentation box is covered in Ebony textured paper, foil blocked in silver, hand numbered and will cost £150.
They will be available from Monday July 20 on Tom's webstore.
