The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) and the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) have announced the 11 winning pieces of the world-renowned 2018 Into the Pixel (ITP) collection.
Created in 2004, the annual ITP art exhibit honours video game artists who continue to push the interactive entertainment art form forward.
Co-produced by the ESA and AIAS, the 2019 ITP collection will be shown for the first time at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), the world’s premier trade show for computer and video games and related products, from June 11-13 in Los Angeles.
All 11 pieces will be auctioned off on eBay during E3 week. Proceeds from the auction will raise funds for the ESA and AIAS Foundations to support future game makers. The auction begins Tuesday June 11 at 12pm PT and concluding Saturday June 15 at 12pm PT at the AIAS eBay page.
