Haven Gallery presents 'Strange Girls', a solo art exhibition by Kathie Olivas, showcasing new oil paintings and sculptural work that focuses on personas that are inspired by
her childhood and seek to awaken sentimentality in the viewer. However,
this sense of nostalgia is meant to be contrasted with uncertainty as
she describes her work to be a satirical in nature.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the exhibition will be available on view at the gallery through appointment only and on the Haven Gallery website.
The exhibition is on display until November 28 2020.
