Corey Helford Gallery presents 'The Influence of Fellini: A Surreal 100th Birthday Celebration' group art exhibition, featuring new artworks in honour of Italian film director
Federico Fellini who was known for his distinct style blending fantasy and baroque images with earthiness.
He is recognized as one of the greatest and most influential filmmakers of all time. Besides 'La Dolce Vita' and '8½', his other well-known films include 'La Strada', 'Nights of Cabiria', 'Juliet of the Spirits', 'Satyricon', 'Amarcord' and 'Fellini's Casanova'.
The opening reception is on Saturday January 25 from 7pm-11pm PT at
Corey Helford Gallery, 571 S Anderson Street (Enter on Willow Street), Los Angeles, CA 90033 in the
Main Gallery, alongside a solo show from Marion Peck, entitled 'Red Clown, Blue Clown', in
Gallery 3 and a three-artist show featuring Jon Ching, Lori Nelson and Susanne Apgar in
Gallery 2.
The exhibition will be on view through February 29 2020.
